The main circuit structure of the series solid-state high frequency welding machine is shown in the figure. It is a typical AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure. The rectifier uses a three-phase bridge thyristor phase-controlled rectifier circuit, and the DC side uses an inductor and a capacitor to form an LC filter to meet the working requirements of the voltage-type inverter. The voltage-type inverter adopts a modular parallel structure to expand the power of the power supply. Each inverter module is a single-phase MOSFET bridge circuit, and each inverter module is connected through a high-frequency matching transformer and a series resonance tank circuit. The matching transformer on the one hand realizes power synthesis and impedance matching, on the other hand it realizes the electrical isolation of the load and the power supply. The whole high-frequency welding machine has compact structure, small size, convenient maintenance and low failure rate. In order to effectively and quickly protect the voltage-type inverter from over-current faults, the company adopts a unique, stable and reliable over-current protection circuit to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the inverter.
