SF-GGP-H solid-state HF induction heating equipment is an inverter that all uses transistors. The oscillating element adopts a power template structure composed of MOSFET high-power devices. The high-power capacitor bank C, the inductance coil L and the reliable protection control circuit constitute a constant current inverter, which is a full-transistor high-frequency induction heating device.

Current inverter (composite resonance)


The tank circuit is a composite resonance, that is, a current type inverter. The actual measured voltage waveform is a sine wave, and the current waveform is also a sine wave. This is where the high efficiency of the current type inverter lies. The general voltage type inverter (series Resonance) and the high-frequency voltage and current waveforms of the tube type are not available in the following figure.

SF-GGP-H solid-state HF induction heating equipment is designed to fully consider the particularity of the welded pipe industry (long-term continuous work). The inverter part adopts soft switching characteristic technology and reasonable and accurate tank circuit matching. The harmonic components are greatly reduced, and the voltage and current are both sine waves.
